Dongguan SAMHOOR fin high-speed presses won the first prize
Recently, the Dongguan SAMHOOR speed automatic stamping presses fin production line was awarded by the International Equipment Management Association awarded the "Device Manager innovations (2014-2015)" award.
Since 2007, Dongguan and Guangzhou Mechanical Engineering Research Institute SAMHOOR Dongguan branch cooperation development work high-speed stamping production line, after five years of unremitting efforts, 13 production lines successfully passed the acceptance and put into production use.
Put into use 13 production lines including three baffle stamping production line, 10 fin stamping production line. The new production line compared to before punching speed is increased by 2-3 times, overall productivity increased 4-6 times, unit product consumption declined about 42 percent, of the total annual saving 258,000 kwh.
